How frequently does your stock update with new designs?

We update our stock on a regular basis, to stay up-to-date, follow us on Instagram @arteverkrugs. We post our new arrivals as soon as they arrive.

How many days do you take to deliver?

We deliver within 3-4 working days, unless otherwise we mention in any extraordinary circumstances.

Do you edit your photos?

We try to keep our pictures as natural as possible, however the colours of the rugs may vary depending on the lighting of your surrounding and the device you are using when viewing the photos. The colours of the rugs may slightly vary from the shades in photos compared to when seeing in person.

Do you accept exchanges/returns?

In case you receive your rug and it does not turn out to be what you expected, then we happily offer return for store credit as long as you get in touch with us about it with a genuine reason within 3 days of receiving the rug. Products purchased during sale or through any promotional campaign are not liable to exchange or return.

How do you price your rugs?

We have personal relationships with our suppliers so the prices we give are usually at very competitive prices. We try to keep our prices as customer friendly as possible. Money is something but not everything – so if you like a rug and feel it is something you really want but the price seems high to you, please feel free to reach out to us and make an offer!
