The Intricacies of the Customer Journey

Team Arteverk loves to collaborate with interior design professionals on different projects to fulfill their décor ideas and the customer's Journey.

For this particular Burning Tree project in Bethesda, the designer approached us with revamped design plans for her client’s home where they wanted to take the traditional style interior and turn it into lounge-style, comfortable spaces.

The client was very particular about the usability and practicality of wool hand-knotted rugs that stand the test of time and are easy to clean and maintain. With their chosen color pallet.

We recommended our soft-colored Khotan rug for the living room which showcases stunning repeating patterns capturing a cosmopolitan style with hints of blue and ivory. For the entry foyer, our mamluk rug in terracotta brings the pop of color in the neutral space and gives a very welcoming feel. The master bedroom showcases our serenity collection rug in a soft color pallet of grey, ivory and hints of taupe & brown which lightens up the room and contrasts well with the dark oak wood floors.

This home has a timeless classic feel with hits of modern character which the homeowners will surely enjoy for years to come!
